Mini-AMPs
Mini-Amp is our introductory sessions for reception, year 1 and year 2 students.
These sessions will take place every Saturday during term time, and will give students a solid foundation in contemporary music theory and more importantly (and fun) practical playing and performance skills; allowing you and child/ren get a proper taste before committing more formal music tuition or grades. We'll also be on the lookout for high potential students who we will fast-track into 1:1 lessons.
The Mini-AMP sessions will have a maximum of 10 students per 45min lesson and our fabulous (DBS / CRB Checked) team will help identify which instrument/s your child/ren enjoy and have the most natural ability towards along with developing the group into an ensemble, playing songs together.
Each term will end with a public performance at the School for family and friends, as well as certificate for each student.

Introducing Emily, our fabulous Mini-AMP coach
Having obtained a distinction in her performance and technology level 3 diploma, Emily is currently working towards a degree in ‘Vocal Performance’ at The Academy of Contemporary Music. She performs frequently as one third of ‘The Jersey Girls’ Tribute act, as well as the lead vocalist in an acoustic duo. Since 2016, Emily has also worked as a children’s party entertainer. After earning her degree, she hopes to go on to study music therapy and to continue to work with children through music full time - we couldn't be more excited to have Emmy lead our Mini-AMP programme.

Lessons booked and paid in half term blocks as minimum. Discounts available for families with multiple student or those wishing to pay for full term / year in advance. *Taster Lesson requires £10 returnable deposit.
